I am happy to announce the commencement of our organization, It is my pleasure to offer the vocational Education and Training courses at Angel Community College, in various disciplines like Arts, Science, Technology , Technical , Vocational, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil. Education is the vehicle to the journey of professional life.

On 15th July, which has been designated as The World Skills Day, the Prime Minister Shri. Narendra Modi launched the Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY), the flag-ship scheme for the Governments Skill India campaign.Skill development has received the necessary attention it deserves following the formulation of the National Skill India Mission and the revision of the Skills Policy. The Skills Policy has been revised to address the gap that exists in the labour market between the huge demand for skilled labour and its scanty supply.

An educated person will transform the society into a hub of opportunities and provide service and satisfaction to mankind. It is the sector where countries all over the world have been spending more funds. As the labour market becomes more specialized and economies demand higher levels of skill, governments and businesses are increasingly investing in the future of vocational education through publicly funded training organizations and subsidized apprenticeship or traineeship initiatives for businesses.

At the post-secondary level vocational education is typically provided by an institute of technology, Polytechnic, University, or by a local community college. Unfortunately, it has not yet reached the grass root level in our land. We plan to reach the people who have the skills but not the certificate to place them in higher echelons.

Having been educated in Vocational Stream during my schooling, I have realized the importance of career-oriented education and the importance of employability factor. Without this dynamic feature, mere having a Certificate cannot formulate the career of a student. At our organization we have included the very basic and essential vocational modules to ensure completeness in the Course.

We have designed course curriculum in such a manner that it will make you eligible for employment in any private organization which is based on Vocational & skill Oriented Trades. I am very much confident that with world class contemporary course curriculum specific to the industries, we will be able to give to the market more number of knowledgeable and certified practitioners of Vocational Training.

The industry, across all sectors, is always in need of resources that are well trained to deliver services and are aligned to standardized levels of specialization in a given field. Industry expectations however are often not met by new recruits or the required degree of expertise is absent. It is in this context that the Skill India Mission becomes relevant.

• To make the teacher acquire relevant knowledge, skills and attitude in pedagogical methods.
• To prepare teachers to become role models in class rooms to be an instruments for building productive human capital in our country to face the challenges of globalization.
• To enhance the competency of the teachers at upper primary, secondary and higher secondary level of education.
• To create a comprehensive understanding about pedagogical methods in organizing learning experiences for students.
• To develop new skills required for teachers in organizing instructional methods using ICT.

Mission & Vision


To provide Secondary Education, Higher Secondary Education, Management and Technical Diploma Courses to those belonging to disadvantaged groups (e.g. the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, Socially and Educationally disadvantaged classes and other socially, culturally, economically, geographically weaker sections of the society, or such other factors as may be specified / notified appropriately by the Government) and people belonging to weaker sections who are not able to get education in the normal course of life.
To provide the best possible teaching and learning environment to the students, so that they can serve the Society effectively with dignity
To provide individualized study with flexibility in terms of place and duration.
To identify educational needs of the children/persons of the State who are otherwise not catered to by the formal system of school education and to open study/academic centres.
To provide opportunities in School Education and Skill Development through Open and Distance Learning (ODL) mode.
To identify and promote approved standards of learning in Open and Distance Learning system.
To design and develop courses, self-instructional materials (SIM) and other learning support for the courses identified at different points of time.
To organize orientation and training programmes for the functionaries of the open schooling system in the country, to evolve strategies for curriculum development, instructional procedures etc.
To undertake and coordinate educational and research programmes with the suggestions of the State government(s) concerned
To establish contacts with international agencies in the field of education, especially school education, for keeping acquainted with the latest trends in curriculum development, material production, media use for dissemination etc.,
To establish links with other examining bodies with special focus on Asian countries.
To collaborate with other agencies within and outside the state for developing and delivering skill oriented courses of study
To promote and publicize open schooling programmes and distance education activities in the country.
To maintain standards and equivalence with formal education system, while ensuring flexible characteristics of Open and Distance Learning System.
To serve as an agency for effective dissemination of information related to open learning and distance education
To establish linkages with contemporary education systems like State Boards, Sanskrit Boards, Madrasa Boards and state open boards with mainstream education system with mobility across them and equivalence between them; To expand access to school education at all levels and to increase retention rates at all levels of schooling.
To encourage, promote and conduct a system of Open School Education and Distance education relevant to the students/learners, to organize training programmes at national and international level on `open school system
To promote interaction and co-ordination among open schools and distance education institutions.
To make study of various subjects more purposeful and to effect a fusion between traditional and modern system of education;
To institute career oriented courses related to education through distance learning/ correspondence courses; to develop courses of education in various subjects. To prepare `database on open schooling and to conduct online and offline examination of Secondary , Higher Secondary level Exams and Diploma in Management and Technical Courses all over the country
To announce the results of concerned examination and release certificates to passed candidates from time to time
To organize educational and vocational training programmes with special concern for deprived sections, women/girls and unemployed youth to impart new skills: refine/sharpen/up-grade the existing skills.
To impart free education and cultural training to the poor, helpless, differently able and needy children/students, to establish and maintain institutions for adult education with the consent of the concerned authorities.
Enhance the quality of vocational training in Country.
Create strong interfaces and engagements with Industry & Hospitality for demand driven skilling and better employ ability of skilled human resource.

Angel Community College is established in Wings Business Hub, Opp Hanuman Temple, Vadodara, India. main objective of establishments of this institution to give excellence, cultured, & efficient teacher to society & who want to work & search in education field as secondary education In future the trust will be to try to extend the various facilities
